Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

  • While enjoying your stay at Firesky Lodge, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course
    • 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail
    • Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary)
    • Fire Pit
    • Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard (Food and Wine served)
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
    • HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm–10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm–7pm.
    • Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Returning guests of Firesky Lodge may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is provided.
  • 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended year-round. The driveway is gravel and has multiple steep inclines and a tight turn. Please come prepared accordingly.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
  • High-speed internet is available. Some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Bed linens, towels, cooking basics, dishwasher, toaster, climate control, hair dryer, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and hot tub are provided.
  • Balcony access is available.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

Safety and Emergency Information

  • For security, the owner uses a security camera. There is one by the entrance door facing towards the driveway.

Pet Policy

  • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs that weigh 35 lbs max each. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Construction Notice

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
